In 2018-19, our focus was on implementing efficient and innovative initiatives that made it easier for people to do business with us.

Legislative changes and digital transformations brought together our expert teams to deliver a range of achievements in a very busy year.

Among many highlights, we successfully implemented new revenue lines, which required extensive work to build online registration and payment platforms, as well as stakeholder consultation and education.

We also supported Land Use Victoria’s mandate for full electronic conveyancing by 1 August 2019.
